1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of fierroautoparts.com and any purchase you make from FIERRO AUTO PARTS LLC ("FIERRO", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in California. By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. What we sell
We sell aftermarket automotive aerodynamic components — body kits, bumpers, spoilers, lips, hoods, diffusers, interior trim and related accessories — manufactured in composite materials including fibreglass-reinforced plastic, carbon fibre and dry autoclave carbon fibre.
Our products are aftermarket parts. They are not manufactured, supplied, endorsed by or affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer. Manufacturer and model names are used solely to identify the vehicles our parts are designed to fit. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept your order and payment clears. We may decline an order — for example where a part is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, where fitment cannot be confirmed, or where we cannot lawfully ship to your destination. If we decline after payment, we refund you in full.
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude taxes, duties and shipping unless stated otherwise.
- The total payable, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you confirm.
- We accept payment by card and by bank transfer. Where offered, a deposit option reserves a build slot with the balance due before dispatch.
- Card details are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection and are never stored on our servers.
- Prices may change without notice, but never after your order is accepted.
- Obvious pricing errors are not binding; we will contact you and offer a full refund or the corrected price.
5. Fitment is your responsibility to confirm
Vehicles vary by market, model year, trim and prior modification. We publish fitment information in good faith and our fitment desk will check your VIN free of charge before you order. If you order without confirming fitment, a part that does not suit your specific vehicle is treated as a standard return under our refund policy, not as our error.
6. Delivery
Lead times, freight arrangements, customs and duties are set out in our shipping & delivery policy, which forms part of these terms. Lead times are estimates and not conditions of the contract. Risk passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns, cancellation and warranty
Your rights to return, cancel and claim under warranty are set out in our refund & return policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.
8. Installation, modification and finish
Composite parts are supplied unpainted unless stated. They require professional preparation, fitting and paint. Minor trimming, sanding and adjustment is normal for aftermarket bodywork and is not a defect. You are responsible for engaging a competent installer. We are not liable for the work of third-party installers or painters, or for damage caused by improper installation.
9. Road legality and intended use
You are responsible for ensuring that any modification to your vehicle complies with the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction where it is registered and driven, including any inspection, lighting, dimension or type-approval requirements. Some parts are intended for track or show use. Fitting aftermarket bodywork may affect your insurance or vehicle warranty — check with your insurer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use, loss of profit, vehicle downtime, installation or paint labour costs, or the cost of removing and refitting parts. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, designs and tooling — belongs to FIERRO or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Prohibited use
You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or place fraudulent orders. We may refuse service or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud.
13. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, contact us first — we would far rather resolve it directly. We respond to every enquiry and will always tell you honestly what stage your order is at. Raising a chargeback without contacting us delays resolution for everyone.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including material shortages, carrier disruption, customs delays, industrial action or natural events.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts of California have exclusive jurisdiction, save where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
