Metrology scan
The donor car is blue-light scanned to ±0.05 mm. Every mounting point, every body line.
CNC tooling
Masters are machined from the scan, then hand-blocked before the production tool is pulled.
Autoclave cure
Pre-preg is laid up, bagged and cured under full pressure. No voids, no print-through.
Fit gate
Every unit is test-hung on the donor chassis before it is crated. If it fights, it fails.
