Shipping & Delivery
Lead times, freight, customs and tracking — stated plainly.
1. Production lead times
FIERRO parts are made to order. The lead time shown on each product page begins when payment clears, not when the order is placed. Typical ranges:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Composite manufacturing occasionally runs long — if your build slips we will tell you rather than let the date pass silently.
2. Shipping charges
- Orders of $5,000 or more — free worldwide freight.
- Orders under $5,000 — a flat $850 covers crating and door-to-door transit.
- Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no charges added afterwards.
3. How orders ship
- Body kits and large panels ship as palletised LTL freight in a custom-built crate. A dock or lift-gate is normally required — we confirm the delivery method with you before dispatch.
- Smaller dry-carbon parts ship by express air courier, typically 3–5 business days in transit.
- All shipments are insured for their full value.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, the carrier and tracking number appear on your order page. You can reach it at any time from Track Order using your order number and the email address you ordered with. Please keep your order number — it is shown on the confirmation page as soon as you order.
5. International shipping, duties and taxes
We ship worldwide. For deliveries outside the United States:
- Import duties, taxes, VAT/GST and customs brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price you pay us.
- These are charged by your own country and are usually collected by the carrier before delivery.
- We declare the full and accurate value on all customs paperwork. We will not undervalue a shipment or mark goods as a gift — this is illegal, and it voids your transit insurance.
- Delivery timescales exclude time spent in customs, which is outside our control.
6. Delivery addresses
Please give an address that can receive freight during business hours — a body shop or commercial address is usually best. We cannot ship to PO boxes. If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, redelivery or storage charges from the carrier are passed on at cost.
7. Inspecting your delivery
Check the crate before signing. If there is visible damage, note it on the carrier's paperwork before you sign and photograph it. This single step is what makes a freight damage claim straightforward. Report transit damage to us within 5 business days — see our refund & return policy.
8. Installation
These are professional-fit composite parts and require experienced installation and paint. Expect roughly 40–60 shop hours for a full conversion including prep, blending and paint, and 3–8 hours for a bolt-on panel. Ask us and we will introduce you to an installer in your city.
9. Restrictions
We cannot ship to countries subject to applicable trade sanctions or export restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your destination we will tell you promptly and refund your order in full.
